I was really struggling with my energy levels and a general malaise about myself. I wasn't feeling happy with myself. I just felt unmotivated. I wanted to do something but my ability to start doing something just wasn't there. Had gotten out of routine thanks to COVID and was having a really hard time taking the steps necessary to get active again. I now feel extremely supported and much more content. I am more willing to take my accomplishments to heart no matter how small they may be. I have seen my energy levels really increase, and my stress and anxiety decrease. I have lost weight and just overall feel much happier overall.

Oh, and the weight loss and muscle definition are a bonus. We meal prep as a family on Sundays, and that's been a great bonding experience

I was stuck.... I had gotten out of shape and felt unchallenged, uninspired, & anxious. I could not seem to do the things I knew would be helpful. It was exhausting and was eroding my confidence. The support and accountability from this program has made all the difference. I don't have to do it on my own. I am following through with journaling, exercise and meals. It has given me momentum to do the next right move one day at a time. I am speaking up more about how I feel. I am talking more with my husband and planning activities. I have even started spending time doing things I enjoy (reading, drawing). I feel more clear headed and centered. I am not as anxious. Not to mention I have gotten stronger and dropped a ton of inches!
